Appleton needs a climate change consultant: E-mail common council TODAY to demand they support one The Appleton Common Council will decide on Wednesday whether to apply carryover funds from a pavilion project to support consultancy services for its climate change task force. Because the city quite simply lacks staff resources to get tangible things done to mitigate climate change it is urgent that the city supports consultants to make sure we are offsetting the lack of action from the federal government.
